I have worked hard to make this house to make you feel comfortable, it’s clean, friendly and where you feel like your at home. Perfect size. It is cozy with fireplace for those cold nights. Big TV in the living room with several streaming movies and DVD’s. Dining room has big table to eat. The kitchen has a lot of appliances you are free to use. Kitchen cabinets are filled with anything you would need. We would both clean up after ourselves throughout the house. My bedroom is up front off the living room and your area is in the back of the house to yourself so you have plenty of privacy. Bedroom is furnished and roomy. Has an extra big closet and TV. Bathroom has everything you need. The laundry closet in in the hallway with washer and dryer which you are welcome to use. Good sized back yard. Parking in the driveway is available. I know you would love and feel at home. Can’t wait to meet you. If I missed anything I probably have it. Note this rent includes all utilities. You will also have internet included. Just bring yourself and your personal things. You are close to freeway, restaurants and shopping for anything you want or need.

I am 66 but refuse to be called old! I still love to get out, see & do things. Involved with my church when I can. I am fun, love watching TV and movies, love music and play piano. I’m fun and easy to get along with. I am now retired finally! Yea! I love spending time with my miniature Schnauzer. She is 10 years old and very lovable and friendly. If you don’t like dogs, no worries she stays by me most of the time. You are certainly welcome to have use of entire house so you’re not just stuck in your bedroom unless that is what you want.
