Allison's room

I live in a 2 bed 2 bath house in South Park Hill. I will have a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom available for rent now I prefer short term leases of 3-6 months. I have a small dog that lives with me. About the house: the house is completely renovated with a large fenced in backyard. There will be extra storage available in the garage. There is plenty of street parking available one house over on Batavia st. The backyard includes a huge patio and a tree swing. Additionally, there is tons of kitchen space for you to make whatever your heart desires. Washer and dryer available as well.

I am the only one who lives on the property. I am a 28 year old woman who travels here and there for work and have an 8 year old jackapoo that loves all people.
