I’m a single middle age female relocating to Hawaii longterm and I work remotely. I’m easy going, enjoy downtime and mostly an extrovert who’s big on positivity, privacy and creating a peaceful living environment. I’m looking for 1 female renter with similar priorities who does not work remotely. I’m also looking for someone willing to rent month to month and provide a 30 notice if departing.
