WOMEN ROOMIES ONLY!!! No pets. The property is brand new as of 6-7 months ago, so I am the first and only tenant that has been in this apartment. The property is nice with security so we are always safe & clean, a gym to workout, a park for kids to play, a gazebo w/ grill, laundry room, elevator and gated access to the building. The apartment has a roommate plan layout, so privacy isn’t an issue. There is an island kitchen and is WiFi ready. The property is quiet throughout the day/night and is located only mins from the city downtown and midtown area. The area has a good space, a full walk-in closet w/ shelving and a full private bathroom. Marta line is located right across the street in walking distance for those using public transportation.

I am the only person residing in my home. I am 28yr old qpoc & I work from home. I am pretty laid back and chill. I am a creative, model & actor, so sometimes I am away for that. I am a very clean and respectable person and like for those around me to be the same. Being a creative, I sometimes host and entertain guest. ( Dinner parties & things of that nature) I am also a chef so I love to cook. I love to meditate and listen to music and on my days where i’m relaxing, I create and love binge watching great shows and sometimes go out into the city. I like good vibes and great energy. I like to feel at peace in my home.
