About the room
We have bedrooms available to rent. The primary suite has a gorgeous private bathroom. The other 4 bedrooms each share a bathroom that is large and updated. The home is well appointed with a great location and tons of natural light. We have a 6 month lease term MINIMUM and then we allow you to go month to month. Some of our tenants in our other properties will stay with us for years as we do allow them to transfer around to our different properties throughout the city.
We do not charge an upfront deposit. We use a system called rhino deposit. You pay them a small monthly fee ($15-$30) OR a small upfront fee ($200-$300) and they will cover your deposit for you.
Everyone pays a $150 utility fee which includes all utilities, high speed Internet, common area furnishings, lawn care, maintenance and professional cleaning service of the common areas. The home is professionally managed and well cared for. Everyone will be required to apply ($38 application fee) and have either a phone interview or see the home in person. All payments are made online. Our qualifications are as follows:
Minimum 500 credit score No evictions Non violent felonies No pets 3x the monthly rent in income
About the roomies
This house is full of young professionals but all are welcome! Most roomies in this house are quiet and to themselves.
