Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. We are a few minutes walk to the dog park, bike trail, parks and the American river. Only minutes to the freeway, lots of shopping, restaurants, and public transportation (light rail and bus). Rent is $1150. Utilities and wifi are included except for split electricity. The lease is month to month.

MONTHLY INCOME MUST BE 2 times the rent amount
