Monthly rent is $1200 + $1200 security deposit. I happy to prorate rent for November and will take two payments for the deposit if that helps you out. You can move in today!
The room can come furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, night table and lamp. I also have sheets and towels. Or it can be unfinished if you have your own furniture. Please get in touch if you’d like to meet me.
About the roomies
