Looking for someone stable who can clean their own room and bathroom, a non-smoker or vaper and not a drinker. There is a clean dog, so someone who is good with an animal. Preferably someone who works outside of the home and not with late hours after 10 for the most part. Early riser is fine. Light kitchen and laundry okay. Updated Covid and flu vac required.
