I’m renting out an unfurnished bedroom. Pictures of the actual room, however bedroom is empty, unfurnished .

Big room with spacious walk-in closet. Carpet in bedroom. Large window to delight yourself every morning with a beautiful view of the sky, the pool, trees and amazing sunrises. 🪄🌅

You will be living in an apartment complex with swimming pool, gym, office space, free parking among other amenities.

Utilities are not included. Shared utilities expenses.

I’m looking for someone friendly and responsible that I can share the space with. This would not be a party apartment, it would be more like a professional apartment for a focus person, with goals and visions.

About me; I’m in my 30’s, I have a very active and God centered life. I work full time, sometime from home, sometime from the office. I like to exercise at the gym or run at the park with my adorable small size dog (you must love dog or be ok with her). I enjoy to cook healthy food, to read a good book or to relax.

I’m an adult willing to share the space with a like minded person. No parties, no smoke, no drugs. Very respectful of ours space, our belonging and others. I love to keep common areas as clean and presentable as possible including the kitchen, living room and balcony. I’m allergic to smoke and don’t do well with messy spaces. I believe my house is my temple and I want to come back home to a peaceful and loving atmosphere every single day.

This will be to month to month lease sign contract with a month deposit at the moving in date. Must be able to show proof of income and work full time.
