Room for rent in Reston, VA for $650 (Utilities not included)

We have a room available on January 1st, in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at the heart of Reston! You will have a private room but share a bathroom. The condo has a ton of space and storage for the area at a great price! Below is what the room has to offer and little bit more about us:)

The room has floor to ceiling windows and a decent sized closet. The room comes unfurnished, but you have access to all the common areas of the house which are furnished.

What we’re looking for- Female only Early-mid twenties Stable income OCD clean Non-smoker of any kind No dogs, other small pets will be considered on a case by case basis January 1st move in day

Someone that would potentially be willing to be friends would be awesome too:) We’d love to meet someone who is down for a movie night or dinner date every once in a while!

About the area- 5 mins from the Reston Town Center 5-10 mins to multiple grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and Giant, and Wegman’s opening up soon across the street! 5 mins to the whiele-Reston metro station 5-10 mins from W&OD Lots of parks and walking trails Plenty of bars and restaurants around with great food 10 mins to local farmers market 5-10 mins from 3 man made lakes

About us- We are 23 & 24 yr old full time Nannys and students. I’m more extroverted but my roomate is more introverted. We’re pretty easy going and honestly gone a lot during the day and on the weekends so it’s generally pretty quiet in the house. I’m an avid plant lady so I have lots of plants around and I also love to bake! My roomate enjoys drawing! We both have a boyfriends that comes over frequently, but both are respectful and kind.
