David's room

This is a two bedroom two bath brick home with an attached large garage and fenced front and back yards. The home is located in Texas. We ask that you keep overnight guest to the weekends as this is for rent to a single person. Electricity, gas, water, and lawn care are included. You pay for your Internet and cell phone. It is located five minutes from the Goodyear plant and 20–30 minutes from the other plants and hospitals in the Beaumont and Mid County area. It has an extra refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a chest of drawers for your clothes. No pets, couples, children, drugs, or smoking is allowed. Credit and criminal background checks will be performed and a room agreement will be required.

A 24-year-old male lives in the home with his small dog. He is quiet, clean, and works all different hours.
