About the room
Cozy unfurnished room in a 2 bedroom shared apartment. I’m moving to a new place closer to school and I’m looking for someone to take over my room. It’s available now (the lease is up on July 31st but can also extend).
The apartment has everything you need, and the complex has a lot of great amenities including 2 pools and hot tubs. It’s mostly families in the community, so it’s a pretty quiet area.
You have your own private 1car garage which is also great for storage. The unit itself is ground floor, so it’s very easy to access. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
About the roomies
Your roommate is a full time teacher in his 40s and has two adorable dogs. He’s quiet and keeps to himself and the dogs as well, although they appreciate the occasional head scratch.
