Girls only, looking for the age range of 22-29, the current girls are 26. Private bedroom with window in 3 bedroom apartment. Can fit a full sized bed, nightstand, dresser, chair, and stool. Large bedroom open closet with multiple shelves and rod. Bedroom door locks with brand new lock and key. Painted 1 year ago, as well as minor touch-ups. You can mount TVs on the walls. Vacuum, broom, mop, shelves in living room included, as well as bins/storage drawers in the hallway closet. Great sized living room with large couch and coffee table. Large kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, large fridge and freezer. Lots of counter space. Kitchen table with 4 chairs. Shared bathroom with decent sized tub and new toilet. Cabinet for toiletries. Windows in each room of the apartment. Playground at the end of the block and a nice field behind the apartment that you can hang out and have a picnic or tan in. This bedroom is on the end off the living room, while the other two are both off the kitchen (so it’s more private than the other two.) This bedroom will be unfurnished but common spaces (living room, kitchen, bathroom) already furnished. Large shared hallway closet for supplies. Second floor but it’s really half a flight. Locked gate out front and two more private doors, very safe. Landlord lives downstairs and is super sweet and helpful. Street parking is fairly easy, definitely easier than the city I always find a spot not too far. Lots of café’s/coffee shops within a 5min walk. Light rail station is just through the courtyard about two blocks away, ~4 min walk. Lease is up August 1st but you’re welcome to renew if all goes well!

one of the girls is also moving out around January, so if you have a friend who would like to move with you, another room will be available. Keep in mind this means one of the girls you meet will not be staying, and you will have to meet her potential replacements and live with them

The two other girls are very friendly and easy-going, just of course looking for someone who is respectful, considerate, and neat.
