Looking for either a dedicated full-time employee and/or student to occupy our available room. Must be clean, honest, and responsible to comfortably share space in my home. Room is located upstairs, down the hall, and across the bathroom for easy access. It is prepared with a furnished Queen sized bed, nightstand, closet, dresser and a couch. As a 2nd story house, you will also have access to any and all amenities you require, especially downstairs in the living room, kitchen, laundry room, etc. It is encouraged to do laundry after 8pm once a week to conserve water and energy. Our home is located in a nice and quiet suburb area, closest to local shopping districts, 99 freeway, Cosumnes River College, Kaiser hospitals, and gas stations. Must be able to provide month to month rent payments and show proof of income i.e. most recent pay stubs or other source of income. Also must provide valid ID with photo for verification.

I’m a 63 year old Latina woman living with my youngest son, who is 27 years old and currently studying architecture. We are friendly and understanding folk who live comfortably with 3 dogs. We are currently struggling, however we are accommodating to meet your needs as we encourage those looking for a room to come live with us for the time being.
