The house is located Summerlin adjacent, 89147 zip code, in an excellent, quiet neighborhood minutes away from numerous grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, etc. Located right off the 215 freeway for easy commuting all across the valley.

6 month minimum lease, longer lease terms preferred.

Included with the room rental:

1. Bed with mattress, sheets, and desk.
2. Kitchen equipped with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots/pans for all.
3. Dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels are regularly supplied for all.

Each tenant receives a detailed monthly bill, identifying all amounts due for easy identification of total monthly cost.

1. Monthly rent $650.
2. Utilities will be split between the number of individuals in the house, along with a monthly cleaning fee of $50.
3. A $500 refundable security deposit will be due with the first month’s rent.

Room size 100 sqft. Street parking. Room shares a spacious upstairs bathroom.

Documentation due prior to move-in:

1. Signed lease
2. Completed background check ($42 cost paid by applicant)
3. Proof of income, consisting of 2 most recent paystubs or other income support
