Beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood in Lynnwood, trees behind the house, so from your room window you’ll see lots of greens 🙂. It’s basically a one bedroom apartment with a shared entrance, so you’ll have the entire first floor all to yourself, living room area (with a small fridge and microwave), bathroom, big closet and storage space. We’ll only be sharing the kitchen if you like to cook. The house and appliances are new and in great shape, I spend a lot of effort to furnish the house, so I’m looking for someone who would appreciate it and is respectful, and will keep common areas clean. It’s very close and easy to get on I5, 405 and hwy99. 10 min away from Costco and many grocery stores.

I have a small dog, so even though I’d like to welcome other furry friends, they will have to get along with mine. I’m pretty quiet and work full time.
