Off campus student housing (do not need to be a student). I am in a semi private shared room w/ bathroom detached from rooms so no one will be walking through your space! The room is fully furnished, as well as the kitchen and living room spaces. We have literally anything you could need for the kitchen and there are all new stainless steal appliances with a washer and dryer in unit. There is a small outdoor patio and the apartment is right off the elevator so there’s not a far walk. Parking is street parking as i did not pay for a spot in the garage.

I am looking to move closer to my work & that is the only reason why I’m leaving. The girls are great! You would have 3 roommates all in their early 20’s. They are all full time students, working at least part time so they are in and out of the house constantly. House stays medium clean and everyone has done their part to keep up with chores since I’ve been here the last 4 months. We rarely have guests over but there are never any complaints when anyone does.
