$675 rent includes all utilities, internet, laundry, off street parking, and home gym. Month to month lease flexible. First, last, and security deposit due at lease signing. Private room, medium size 10x12 with a closet, 2nd floor with carpet flooring. Twin bed shown in picture is not included. We currently have no pets. $25 additional for pet rent. Your cat would be OK, sorry no dogs due to severe allergies. Non smoker applicants only please.

Friendly group ages 40s and up, active mature adults. We like to keep the house clean, fresh, and well maintained.
