Ann's room

(The first image of the bedroom is my room, which is just an example. The room you will have is the other bedroom, the same size room.) This is a sublease for 3 months starting anytime between November 20th to the beginning of December, and goes until around February-March depending on the start of the lease. You’ll get your own bedroom, with a shared bathroom and kitchen, and living room area. The listing price included utilities and WiFi. The area is relatively quiet, suitable for studying or relaxing. The room is basically unfurnished. It has a desk and chair, but no bed, so you’ll have to bring your own bedding stuff.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me :) I’m currently a 2nd year undergraduate biochemistry students at UC Davis. I’m mostly a pretty quiet and chill person (at least I’d like to think so haha). I like to watch anime and listen to music. I also do a lot of art and crafts in my free time. Most of the time I’m not home until 6-7pm, so if you stay home during the day, you’ll get the entire apartment to yourself. I also love animals so pets are welcomed :))
