3 bedroom home in very nice, quiet, safe area , convenient to shopping , freeway and Downtown Chandler. You’ll have full access to washer dryer, living room and kitchen . You’ll have a shared bathroom very clean . The room itself is a nice size with a closet, mirror and ceiling fan. I am looking for someone responsible, professional, clean respectful and has had a consistent job. The bills will be included in rent , but in summer I will divide it amongst everyone living in my home so you’ll pay a portion of it throughout the summer . Any questions feel free to ask . I am also willing to split up the deposit if needed within the first 2 months .
