-Rent of $1200 per month includes all utilities -Deposit $400 -$1600 due for first month. -Looking for a long term renter (10+ months).Leasing month to month with 30 days notice if breaking lease.

About the Owner:

-Owner and one charming cat live upstairs and are present. No loud or late parties, no smoking indoors, no drugs, and no dogs. Because it is in the basement of a house, we will encounter each other on a regular basis. An easy going, friendly individual is preferred. I teach in Longmont, so I am out the door early in the morning and usually home by mid-afternoon on weekdays and out visiting friends, hiking, or some other adventure on weekends.
