Highland Road

The room is actually 2 rooms made into one large room. Can be bedroom and living room. Only one bathroom on the same floor ( basement rancher) but having one put in downstairs as well. Great neighborhood, close to everything! No animals, we have two Nigerian Dwarf goats in backyard we are planning on breeding and selling the sweet, tiny babies and possibly selling soap from mommas milk. My daughter will be getting service dog soon and not sure about other animals in doors. Daughter also wants a bird for Christmas 😩. Looking for someone who does not have a lot of company in and out, that will actually help me keep house clean (inside and out) and respect home and neighbors ( only close neighbors beside and across street ) the rest .. well some you will like and some you will dislike. Walking distance to store, mall, banks, fast food, but still in the county 🥰 someone with experience in house repairs or renovations would be a plus!

I keep to myself mostly or with my daughter. My daughter is my little miracle (8 years old) and seems to think she runs the house. She has hard time hearing and bad eyesight ( born 24 weeks, weighing 1.4 pounds ) she may be on the spectrum but high functioning. She is extremely smart, takes everything that is said very literal but she is a good kid. She stays to herself or playing with her goats. I currently have a bakery I run out of my house and trying to get my garage in order to make River Tables .. I enjoy art and woodworking.
