Its a private room with private bathroom basement level. Basement level is ground level so it is a 3 story townhome. There are 3 other tenants that live in the house but they are not usually home. *Great neighborhood! Walking distant from store, restaurants. . *Utilities included are cable, trash and water. There are 3 other tenants living in the home. They both have their own private bathroom. Share common area. 1st tenant is Woman mid 30’s. Works during the week and goes to her home weekends. Just renting because its close to work. She does have a small dog but dog is in the upper level so you would not even see her. She keeps it clean no hair.

2nd tenants male mid 30’s and are brothers. Work full time. Both just keeps to themselves , clean and respectful.
