My unit overlooks the Capitol Building and has fantastic views of the Mountains.

The room for rent is currently used as my office and is furnished with a desk, bookshelf, and a futon. You may use the bookshelf or futon if needed, otherwise, the room will be empty by your move-in date. The room has a large closet and the dimensions of the room are roughly 11.5’ x 12.5’. There is a full bath right outside the bedroom door that will be primarily yours and for guests. Utilities are included in the rent.

You will have free use of common areas in the unit as well as in the building (gym, pool, jacuzzi, and workspaces).

Hello! My name is Jason and I am looking for a housemate to use my spare bedroom/office for +3 months.

I work from home as a software engineer but occasionally work in coffee shops or breweries nearby so I am home most of the time. I do have a dog named Oliver who loves any human who comes to visit or stay over. I enjoy going to live music events, hiking, exercising, training my dog, and cooking. I occasionally have friends over for dinner or drinks. I am very easy going and enjoy making new friends as I am still a bit new to the city.

I am looking for a roommate who is chill, respectful, loves dogs, and cleans up after themselves. Ideally, you would be a working professional as I am and are looking for a chill/calm environment to sublet for a short time. You are welcome to invite guests over too! I do prefer a non smoker but 420 is ok!
