About the room
It’s a beautiful house located in a great neighborhood only 10 minutes away from downtown Flagstaff and every other recreational or indoor area also from NAU The rent does include gas/electricity You will also be taking over the master bedroom without a bathroom there is two master bedrooms one has a bathroom but that one is taken there is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs which will be completely yours and you will be sharing a shower
About the roomies
One roommates name is Dustin he is 32 years old and is a private chef he owns a dog golden retriever three years old very well trained who’s name is Owen
The other roommates name is Zeuss he works at the upscale restaurant in downtown Flagstaff named atria he is full-time there so he is gone Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 11 or 10 PM
They are both very responsible and on time on rent and other bills you are responsible for your own groceries but you are more than welcome to share the kitchen area living area and refrigerator also there is a big backyard that you’re more than welcome to use Also washer and dryer
