Hi! I am looking for someone to sublet my room in a townhouse in a quiet neighborhood close to CSU. I am graduating in December and have to move for a job before starting grad school.

It is in a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house that is an 8 minute drive to main campus. There is also a bus stop that is a 1 minute walk from the house with buses running to CSU every 30 minutes. Rent is $652 per month plus utilities (which have been running around $75). Water is included in the monthly rental fee, so the total cost per month is around $730. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom with a large closet. There is a one car garage, room for two additional cars to park on the driveway, and close street parking (the house is at the end of a cul de sac so there is plenty of street parking). The house has a small patio and backyard. It is a 2 minute drive to the CSU Equine Center as well and a short walk to Overland Park. Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions!

There are two females living in the house, both are graduating from CSU in December and will be working full-time. One roommate has a very sweet dog as well. Both roommates are incredible- they are super neat and you will feel right at home here!
