If you’re into amusement parks then you have Carowinds 1.3 miles away or Anne Springs Close Greenway nestled amid beautiful lakes and hardwood forests for hiking or bike trails.

My community is called Catawba Village and it is a gated community. The clubhouse and pool are directly across the street in front of my home, so it is easy access if you’re a pool person. There is a walking trail within the community as well.

I am a single female and share my home with a small Yorkshire terrier and a cat. I work full time and am responsible and I seek a renter with like minded qualities. I am neat, clean and respectful and I ask the reciprocal in a roommate.

My post is for a one person female tenant only.

Also I do not allow smoking in my home or on my back patio or front porch.

I am not a party scene girl and I do not hang out in bars. NO drugs allowed in my home or on or near the premises. Drugs are an automatic eviction.
