Lowden Street

I have a room available in the basement (finished) of a cute multifamily home! There are just 2 Apartments in the building, ours is the basement and first floor. There’s a huge kitchen and I have furniture in the living room as well. Your bedroom would be at the bottom of the basement stairs, it has its own private closet and a brick wall too! my bedroom is also located in the basement. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a big tub and one with a shower so you’re never stuck waiting.

There is street parking, first come first serve. I have my own car so I am happy to drive if I’m available too as well. There’s a bus stop for the free bus that goes right into downtown no more than a 5 minute walk.

There is AMAZING food all around! Wildflour (vegan bakery, I’m not vegan but this place is amazing) and a great pizza place only a few blocks away!

I have 2 cats, so small animals and cats are also welcome. This would be until end of May 😊

There’s a wonderful back yard area and we have our own private porch! There’s also a washer and dryer downstairs too! I plan on uploading more pictures of the inside once I clean up a bit, but if we connect I’m more than happy to share images :)

It’s just me on the property! I’m a 23 year old Female, I’m a professional and work at Hasbro in Pawtucket. I’m a gamer, love TV & foods and getting out on the weekend as well. I occasionally have guests, and am welcome to the same! I try to be a clean, and definitely make an effort to clean up and keep as tidy of a house as I can when I’m not busy. I’m very laid back and easy going!
