About the room
Great room in a 3bd, 1ba apartment located in uptown Hoboken. The room is the biggest in the apartment. It fits a queen bed, a dresser, a desk, two nightstands and still has plenty of walking room.
The room is also the quietest in the apartment since it faces the back of the building, plus the apartment is the last one in the building on the 5th floor, so essentially no neighbors. There is an elevator in the building. You can see the Edge and the Empire State Building from the room. There is also great lighting that comes in the room. I truly love this room, but am moving in with my partner.
Laundry available in the basement in the building. There is a parking garage down the street for an extra fee. There is also a Trader Joes about 8 minutes away.
Free street parking also available.
Heat and water included.
About the roomies
Two working professional women in their late 20s. VERY nice and sweet. So clean! They pick up after themselves in the common areas. Both are usually not home much.
