Up-to-date/renovated 1,200 sq. Ft row-home. Roommate looking would get private bedroom and then shared space between the following: full bathroom, partial bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, finished basement. Walkable area. Within short distance to Aldi’s and planet fitness!
