Hello, We are looking for our new roomie but also a friend. Cozy room with a decent closet, not furnished. You will have your own/ private bathroom. $850 rent + internet and electricity which are approximately ($50 0 $60) per month. No pets allowed as we already have a puppy of our own.🐶 Our apartment is located by 144th and I-25 Westminster, CO. The building includes and you will be able to use: hot tub, swimming pool, gym, cinema room, conference room, BBQ, pool table, golf room, event room with balcony ($100 deposit refundable and you must schedule with time). The parking is on the street or if you want one covered parking you must pay $100 extra per month. In the area there are several restaurants, lots of shopping, as well as just a 5 min walk to AMC Movie Theater. Our ideal future roomie /friend would be committed or minimum of 10 months. We are a fun, friendly and Latin couple whose love dogs, traveling, eating good food and go out with friends and family. We are from Mexico and Colombia so you will have a mixing of cultures, music and nice traditions living with us.
