I’m looking for a new roommate to move in with me in January! I currently live in a 2 bed 2 bath in Westwood, so you’d get your own room bathroom and we’d share a living room/kitchen. My old roommate is going to be taking some of the furniture (and the cats) with him, but the couch and TV in the living room will be staying. That’s why a lot of the pictures are unfurnished. The lease that we currently have ends in June, but I’d be happy to resign with you when that’s done. You’d get the smaller of the 2 rooms (the one with the couch in it and the large mirror in the pictures) as the total rent of the place is $3100 and I’d be taking on most of the rent. We can either do a sublease/cosign a lease where you pay $1300 and I pay $1800 or two separate leases where it’s a $1500/$1800 split. There’s a parking garage so your car will be safe and it’s close to grocery stores, some great restaurants, 15 minutes from the beach, and easy access to the 405. With regards to utilities, everything is included except for gas, water, and Wi-Fi, so we’d split those. There’s laundry on-site for quarters. Please reach out to me with any questions that you have! It’ll be just me! I moved out here recently and I’m a recent college graduate, so I’m in my early 20s. I’ll be home a good bit, sometimes working from home, but I’m pretty quiet and relatively clean as well. I don’t have people over a lot of the time, but I’m happy to have people over whenever!
