Spacious furnished room with its own bathroom on the main floor of the townhouse. Great location just west of the corner of I-25 and highway 7 in Broomfield. 20-minute drive to Boulder and downtown Denver. Shared great room space along with kitchen, dining room and patio off the dining room. Just right out the front door are large pathways for running and less than 5 minutes from Top Golf, Costco and Planet Fitness. Many nearby Restaurants as well as King Soopers just a block away.

I’m 40 years old and work a government job fulltime. I have my 2 sons ages 13&15, 50% of the time each week from Monday after school till Thursday. I work Friday evenings through Tuesday mornings each week.
I also have 2 minskin cats. They are part munchkin and part sphinx so hyper allergenic since my wife is allergic to cats but has no issues with this breed. They are indoor cats and love warm places at all times since they just have a light soft coat of fur that doesn’t shed. I keep the house very clean, and we all clean up after ourselves. I love gaming, stocks, aviation and keeping in shape.
My wife has a home just across the street where she lives with her 3 kids. This arrangement works for us so we can focus on the kids when we have them and, on the weekends, when I’m working, I take the kittens and sleep over at her place almost all the time.
There’s a tv in the room already and eero wifi hookup for your needs, however you’re always welcome to share the living room tv. I usually watch just one show a night with the kids before we all go to sleep around 9 pm.
Looking for someone who also enjoys a calm quiet clean house when they come home. Nonsmoking of any kind is allowed.
