Very safe neighborhood, 5-7 minutes drive from Widner, Swarthmore college, and Media. 11 minutes from airport. Clean, fully furnished, designated parking space. Laundry on-site. Giant 128ft deep yard, 2 fire pits, outdoor furniture. Adjacent to community soccer field. Your room (furnished), is small, has a really comfy twin sized mattress on a low-loft. great natural light and view of the yard. Storage underneath, bookshelf, and closet will be cleaned out by move in. Theres a matching desk I haven’t built yet but could if you want it. Theres space to mount a smallish TV. I keep it pretty clean on account of the dogs and kid, but I’m not a neat freak, messes within reason nothing gross. If you’re messy keep it in your room and don’t leave trash or food laying around please. Points if you can help with the yard, and remember to use a coaster on the nice wood.

I am a 29-year-old freelancer/artist/student who mostly works from home, I live here with my 3-year-old and my small 10-year-old dog. The big dog is a foster. My son goes to preschool full time during the day, and spends weekends away sometimes. We spend a lot of time in the yard. Pretty social house when I’m off mom duty. No wild parties, respectful guests only, and if we are loud we go into the yard so we don’t bother neighbors. We’re definitely not rowdy, but not a particularly quiet house except during the weekdays/weeknights. I do have people over sometimes on weekends, I do play loud music sometimes. We’re big on soccer. Sundays are generally reserved for soccer and football.
