Lupe's room

My home is located a few minutes away from downtown Hollister. There are grocery stores nearby and places to eat around the corner. Access to kitchen and upstairs laundry room available. Easy nearby access to Highway 25 and 152. This is a great area for a daily walk too. Safe and clean. Pinnacles National park is a half hour drive. Or just stay in and enjoy the peaceful & quiet of home. The backyard patio (with propane fire pit table) is a nice area to relax by too.

I am a professional 50 y/o female occupying one of the 3 upstairs bedrooms. The private room for rent is the only downstairs bedroom. This is a child and pet free household.
