My home is located a few minutes away from downtown Hollister. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearb. Access to kitchen and upstairs laundry room available. Nearby access to Highway 25 and 152. This is a great area for a daily walk too. Safe and clean. Pinnacles National park is a half hour drive, or just stay in and enjoy the peace & quiet of home. The backyard patio (with propane fire pit table) is a nice area to relax by too.

I am a professional female occupying one of the 3 upstairs bedrooms. The private room for rent is the only downstairs bedroom. This is a child and pet free household.
