The kitchen is a shared space so being tidy and cleaning up before exiting the kitchen is a must. We have residents residing here allergic to animal dander as well as myself. No pets of any kinds, no smoking, no vaping,no e-cigarettes , no incense, no cannabis, no children, and No work from home and no couples. We are on bus line #5 the Port Wentworth stop; a parking spot is provided or parking on the street. Please be able to provide proof of steady income. The room is $1100 per month. with $400 security deposit. We are asking for a background check. Roomies has a link for one on site. As for convenience and comfort. There are 3 grocery stores nearby, fast food, gas stations and restaurants. There are bike trails, lake views, and parks for relaxation.
