This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath townhouse we would split the rent, 800 including utilities. We would share the bathroom. It can either be a furnished or non furnished room, there will be access to the washer and dryer. I also have an elliptical and a rowing machine set up in the dining room. It is a great location for someone working in or around Kalispell. No pets and no smoking please. There would be a $200 deposit which would be returned as long as a 30 day notice was given.
