Ranch Creek Ter

This is a three bedroom apartment in lakewood ranch area. It is on the fourth floor with a balcony view. Two baths each equipped with two sinks. All utilities in the apartment are brand new(fridge dishwasher microwave etc) comes with a new washer and dryer.

There will be two roomates, I am 20 and the other is 23. Living environment will be very chill, we don’t do drama. I work a full-time job so i wont be getting home till 5pm during the week. Pets are allowed but the apartment makes you pay for pet rent( unless ya sneak em in). We are smoke friendly but try not to smoke too much indoors because we have carpet floors in the bedrooms. You are responsible for who/what you bring into the home. As long as the home is respected there wont be any issues.
