i am very conservative energy/ water wise and would like the same, if not you’d be responsible for the difference to avoid any restrictions.

The home would be shared with me and another roommate with1 kid(have preference for safety)

As far as house rules-

NO SMOKING ,No guest, clean after yourself , no pets and please be considerate at night with noise.

Bathroom will be shared with a single female and her child,Pretty clean. I’m retired vet, and keep to my self/ work outside alot.
