Looking for a roommate in a beautiful home with a giant backyard in a friendly community neighborhood. Queer friendly home.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage, 2 fridges, remodeled kitchen, and gigantic backyard with a full garden. The downstairs bedroom is available, and along with it is your own personal living room WITH FIREPLACE! It’s the quietest room in the house and has new carpet. The neighbors are really friendly and often sit together to chat or watch sports games outside. Also, we LOVE the homeowners – very responsive and friendly.
Move-in Date: Flexible. Looking for someone to move in sometime in December or January Price: $875/month for only the upstairs bedroom (+ 1/3 of utilities)

About the roomies
Currently 2 occupants: 28 (they/them) and 23 (he/him. Also, there is now a dog named Juniper, zero shedding. We like common spaces to be clutter-free and cleaned weekly. We enjoy having friends over for gatherings and board games but tend to be really conscious of each other’s workload and quiet time needs.
