Catarina's room

Split floorplan 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with garage and fenced in back yard. I am looking for someone to take over the other half of the lease. You will get one room with your own bathroom. There is another room that is fairly small, I use it for an office/extra space that can be shared. I have an excitable 2 year old golden retriever, so must be okay with dogs. Unfortunately, I cannot accept other pets in the house. Room will be unfurnished prior to move-in

I am late-twenties female who works 8-5 Mon-Fri and some Saturdays. I like to be home in the evenings and cook/etc. I have lived with roommates in the past so shared living space is nothing new to me. I like things to be mostly clean, a few dishes left in the sink every now and then wont bother me. Let me know if you have any questions!
