Renting out one bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath condo. You get your own room as well as your own bathroom (guest bathroom). I have my own bathroom in my master bedroom so no need to share your bathroom with anyone else. It’s all yours! You get access to all the common areas of course and condo also has a really nice patio area with a really nice view. In addition, room comes with a parking spot for your vehicle. Any other vehicles will need to park on the street but there is plenty of street parking. Quiet area and very nice all around. I do plan to make some minor upgrades to the unit but would definitely give plenty of notice before starting any project and you would never loose access to your room or bathroom.

I would be the only other person living in the unit. Who I am: I’m a 33 year old professional that works 65 plus hours a week. I have a M-F on site office job and leave very early in the morning. (out of the house by 5:30am) Three to four days a week I work nights as a bar tender so not home for a good amount of the day most days. I’m definitely past the “party” scene but I’m not against having some close friends over for a glass of wine here and there or hosting the occasional weekend BBQ. You’d be able to do the same of course. with that being said, because i get up very early during the week, I’d excpect quiet hours after 10pm. I’m very laid back and extremely organized and clean and understanding in general. Communication is a huge deal with me so if there was anything on your mind regarding our living situation, I’d expect (and hope) you can talk to me about it. I learned that quality from my father. Thats a quick summary of myself :)
