West Fathom Lane

Hi! I’m looking to rent this 3bd/2.5bath house from a rental agency. You can have the two rooms and private bath (with bathtub) and I will take the master bedroom. The place is very large, with a fireplace, very high ceilings, a large garage, private yard, and plenty of parking for guests. There is also a community pond/lake and pool/hot tub. Must love animals, because I have a dog and a cat. I don’t mind if you have pets, as long as they get along with mine 🙂.

It will just be me, my dog and cat. I’m very respectful of other people’s space/privacy. I’m a working professional (work 8-6pm tues-sat), and am easy to get along with.
