House: 2-Story, 4 Bedroom, and 2.5 bath row house in the beautiful Capitol Hill neighborhood! The house includes a porch and a small backyard and patio which offers a nice outdoor oasis in the middle of the city. The common spaces include a living room, dining room, and kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The main level is already furnished but can be rearranged to accommodate additional furniture you may want to bring.

Location: Great location at 9th and C ST NE! Only a 10 minute walk from Eastern market and about a 20 minute walk to Union Station. Easy access to the D6, 90, and 92 bus routes. Close to a variety of restaurants and bars by Eastern Market, Barracks Row, and H Street Corridor!

Rent: $1,100 per month

About us: Two women in our early 30s who love taking advantage of all DC has to offer. We both work full time and tend to keep it low key during the week but do our best to keep each other in the loop when having company over. We are respectful of common spaces and aim to keep those areas clean. We enjoy catching up with each other over roommate dinners and outings which helps make our shared living environment feel comfortable and friendly!
