Jefferson Street

The apartment is in the Patrician building on the corner of 4th and Jefferson. The building has a small gym, garage parking available (for added cost), and washers/dyers on every floor. This unit also has a private patio.

I already have a couch, dining table, TV, patio furniture, etc. for communal use so the common area will fully furnished.

You will have your own full bath directly across the hallway from the room.

The only other person in the unit is myself.

I generally like to keep things clean/tidy. I work a hybrid 8-5 job so I work from home usually 3 or 4 days a week.

I like to go out on the weekends, but generally turn in early during the weekdays.
