The house is a clean 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom 1,200 SQ ft house. Rent is $900, including utilities. Rent due on 1st of every month. 1st and last month due on move in.

Well lit house is located on a large lot centrally located in Newport, OR. Shared use of bathroom, kitchen, laundry, 3-bay garage and attic space for storage. Kitchen is also furnished with all the basics.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished, dependent on your needs.

The main living room is furnished, and as of now the den is also furnished with a couch. Willing to clear out most of the den to provide the prospective tenant with their own living-room space. Opportunities for garden space as well. Off-street parking available.

The room will be available December 1st. Rental lease can be negotiated although ideally it’s 6 months, and then month-to-month.

It’s preferred that there are no other pets as the dog is getting a little old and grumpy around other dogs and has limited interactions with cats.

No hard drugs are tolerated.

The house is shared with a professional 30-something year old female and a spunky 11.5 year old pup. I work from home ~60% of the time. Ultimately I want this to be your space as much as it is mine.
