Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to occupy the entire primary bedroom with attached bath and walk in closet. The apartment itself a 2b2b and the non-primary bedroom is occupied by a male roommate ( in case anyone has a gender preference ) The apartment is very clean, airy and we’ve taken good care of it. The bedroom is extremely clean and spacious. Almost all basic and standard amenities available that north san jose apartments generally offer Patio View : Dog Park Easy access to everything since this is north san jose. Looking for someone who can sign a lease november end / december 1st two weeks because I am moving out. Lease take over and all related paperwork will be official and legal. I am a software engineer who is currently occupying the primary bedroom. I am moving out because I am getting married. The person who is occupying the non-primary bedroom (with whom you’ll be sharing the apartment) is a fun, super easy guy to stay with. I have stayed with him for 6 years and he’s a fantastic roommate.
