Either bedroom is available in my apartment as I am open to a roommate who wants either the small room (for $1400/mont) or the large room (for $1600/month). The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3 unit building with an incredibly sweet and responsible landlord. There is 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, large living room, kitchen, eating area, shared backyard, shared laundry in the garage, and a storage shed out back. Utilities are not included but they would be split equally between us. The apartment is located on Taraval St and 16th st. between West Portal and Forest Hill. It is an incredibly safe area with a Safeway across the street, farmers market next door, and many other shops in the area. Convenient public transit near by and easy street parking in the area.
