This apartment is SUPER convenient: less than a minute walk from the Nostrand Ave A/C stop, and from the B44 and B26 buses. It is currently being renovated with an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher and converted from a 4 bedroom to an extra spacious 3 bedroom. I’ve lived here since March and the neighborhood is super nice and the landlord is great and addresses issues immediately.

I’m a 19 year old woman looking for roommates to sign a lease with me. I spend my days working with children, organizing for climate justice, and programming. I’m super friendly and always get along well with roommates. I am clean, considerate, and value kindness and communication in a living situation. I usually stay in my room when I’m home and socialize at other people’s places, but I’m hoping to build more of a home, conducive to hosting friends here.
