Hoang's room

I have 1 furnished (could be unfurnished if you would like) room available in my house which I’m also looking to sublease. Some highlights:

The house also has central heat + AC, which is super important in Seattle summer now :).

The room-for-rented is around 150 ft². You will also have a separate bathroom. The kitchen is shared with me.

Location: The house is located 2 mins from the Fred Mayer at 365 Renton Center Way SW, Renton, WA 98057. It has decent public transportation to both Seattle (101,102 bus) and Bellevue Downtown (560 bus). Other than that, the house is pretty close to many grocery stores and shopping centers (Fred Meyer, Walmart, Uwajimaya, Costco, South Center, Landing Renton, etc).

Street parking available.

The house is recently built in 2020 so most facilities are still pretty good.

• I’m looking to rent out for single occupant only (no overnight guests)
• No smoking please

I’m Hoang and I’m currently a software engineer. I have lived + worked in Seattle for about 7 years. I split between WFH and going to the office. I’m pretty quiet, clean, friendly, and respectful of others. I also played badminton quite a lot :).

I also have another roommate who is also a working professional.
